Coming Home to Your Body

This class offers an opportunity to move in community as you build strength, stamina, mobility and flexibility, as well as rest, restoration and relaxation - all vital to health.

Each month, Coming Home to Your Body is taught by one instructor for the entire month, with a dedicated theme. Discover new ways of moving!


Held each Tuesday from 4-5pm in the studio.

Explore the power of intentional movement, music, dance, meditative stillness, and yoga flow to energize your lymph system and release stagnant energy.

Each session attends to the pelvic floor, digestive system, heart, and throat – inviting a harmonious balance of movement and intention. Embrace this journey to revitalize your body and mind.
