Yoga & Movement Classes

NEW SCHEDULE FROM JUNE! 

Each 75-minute class begins with a quiet moment of reflection before moving into an easy, flowing warm up. You will then be guided into several restorative poses using cushions and blankets to support the body. This class leaves you feeling easeful and restored, calm in body, mind, and emotion.

Please let the instructor know your health issues before class. Taught by Emily Lamberty

Classes are held in Survivor Studio, behind the 59 House.
