"MIND YOUR BODY" 30-Minute Virtual Movement Classes
"Mind Your Body" meets via Zoom weekly for 30 minutes, and is an intro-level mindful movement class held via Zoom. No need for special gear - join this midday class in your street clothes for an energizing break, wherever you are. Movement and exercise improve focus and efficiency, so why not give it a try? Taught by Dana Levy.
"EASY SUNDAY MORNING"
MAY SCHEDULE: May 1, 8, 15, 22 (no class on 5/29)
From June, this class moves to Tuesday evenings at 5:30pm!
Each 75-minute class begins with a quiet moment of reflection before moving into an easy, flowing warm up. You will then be guided into several restorative poses using cushions and blankets to support the body. This class leaves you feeling easeful and restored, calm in body, mind, and emotion.
Please let the instructor know your health issues before class. Taught by Emily Lamberty and Dana Levy. Classes are held in Survivor Studio, behind the 59 House, at 59 S 1100 E., Salt Lake City, UT 84102

Classes include accessible, adaptable movement based in yoga, dance, and martial arts blended with mindfulness moments. No movement experience required; however, participants should be able to attend all four classes of the series, and be available for a short phone interview before the series starts and after the series ends.
