SURVIVOR WELLNESS is housed in two adjacent buildings at 59 and 57 S 1100 E, Salt Lake City:

  • The 59 HOUSE at 59 S 1100 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84102 is our main house, where you will find the offices, the Wednesday Night Support Group, Caregivers' Group, Grief & Healing Group and more. Enter freely - knock or ring the doorbell to let us know you're here.

  • The 57 HOUSE, at 57 S 1100 E, is the therapy house. Members visit this house for individual therapeutic sessions, or for appointments with a Wellness Partner. Please do not enter the house if you do not have an appointment.

  • The YOGA STUDIO/EVENT SPACE is located behind the 59 House, past the white pavilion, in the concrete building with French doors. Members visit the studio for movement classes, individual yoga therapy sessions, and events.  Please do not enter the studio if you do not have an appointment.

  • The COTTAGE is located behind the 57 House, at the end of the red brick driveway. Members visit this house for Individual Counseling sessions, Courageous Conversations, Life Coaching and appointments with a Wellness Partner.  Please do not enter the house if you do not have an appointment.

• PARKING: Across the street in diagonal parking spots (2-hour time limit) or in the Holy Cross Hospital parking lot/structure. Street parking directly in front of the houses is a designated permit area if more than one hour. Do not park in the driveways of the houses, except for dropoff or pickup.

• PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: A 15-minute walk from the 900 E Station on the Red Line.

    You are always welcome to stop by the 59 House! However, we are sometimes in meetings or out of the office. For the best experience - especially if you'd like an individualized tour with time for Q & A -  we recommend contacting the office in advance, or making an appointment.
