Join a group wellness class to experience the power of healing in community, as you come home to your body. Movement, like yoga and qigong, helps us process our emotions and experiences in different ways from talking. Breathwork is a powerful way to connect thought and movement, mind and body, and can help make shifts in awareness that spill over into daily life. Strength classes help us find the power - not only physical, but mental, emotional and spiritual - to move through our daily lives. Mindfulness classes offers a valuable way to become aware of unhelpful thoughts, behaviors, attitudes and patterns, and can improve our outlook with a little sustained effort.
No charge for classes; donations to Survivor Wellness are always welcome.
