Group Classes

Join a group class! Experience the power of being together to come home to your body. All group classes are available at no cost for enrolled members of Survivor Wellness.

Movement helps us process our emotions and experiences in different ways from talking. Mindfulness offers a valuable way to become aware of unhelpful thoughts, behaviors, attitudes and patterns, and can improve our outlook with a little sustained effort.

No charge for classes; donations to Survivor Wellness are always welcome. 

GENTLE YOGA & SOUND with Jacqueline

Taught an experienced yoga therapist, this class includes movement, posture, stillness, sound and more, to develop whole-person health during or after cancer treatment.
