Individual Counseling is offered by our compassionate counselors.
One-to-one, face-to-face or virtual counseling is for anyone who wants to work through life transitions, better handle their diagnosis, improve their mental health, and more. For those who might not be ready for or feel comfortable in a support group or other social opportunity, individual counseling can offer a means to improve relationships with self, and move from a place of discomfort to greater comfort in a variety of areas.
Both in-person and online counseling are available. All forms & paperwork must be completed before first session.
All sessions are led by a Survivor Wellness Counselor, an MSW intern under the supervision of a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW).
