Survivors at the Summit- ONE TRIBUTE FLAG

TRIBUTE FLAGS honor those among us living with or lost to cancer; all proceeds benefit the cancer survivor community at Survivor Wellness.

HOW to ORDER:

• Visit the Eventbrite Registration Page here. (You may order flags even if you are not attending.)
• Click on "Reserve a Spot"
• On the next page (below the options to "Register" and "Make an Additional Donation") you'll see "Add-ons", where you can order your flag
• Complete your checkout
• Contact us with any questions, to schedule a time to write your flag at our offices, or to send us a message to write on your flag.

HOW to WRITE YOUR FLAG and SEE IT AT THE SUMMIT: 

• Order and make your donation
• WRITE your message in one of three ways:
• VISIT Survivor Wellness in advance to write a flag
• SEND your message to Survivor Wellness, and we can write it on the flag for you
• WRITE your message when you arrive at SURVIVORS at the SUMMIT on July 16
• JOURNEY TO THE SUMMIT to see your flag flying, sending your message of love, hope, honor, encouragement and remembrance during the Celebration of Life Ceremony

NOTE: Flags may be picked up after the event at Survivor Wellness. Contact us to schedule your pickup after the event!
