    Mindfulness practice teaches us to stay focused and relaxed in the present, rather than getting pulled into thoughts about the future or past. Learn and practice simple, powerful mindfulness techniques designed to help focus the mind and body. Held for 12 weeks (May 11-July 27), join one or both classes each week to develop your own mindfulness skills! Led by Oriah Knorr, assistant health counselor and mindfulness/meditation practitioner.
