"Relax Your Mind" Online Mindfulness Class

Wednesdays, 12-12:20pm


You'll receive the Zoom "join" link for all classes, held each Wednesday from 12-12:30pm mountain time, so you can join from anywhere!

In each 20-minute session, Oriah guides you through a 20-minute introductory meditation practice. A great way to meet mindfulness and learn basics you can practice on your own.
Meditation teaches us to stay focused and relaxed in the present, as well as developing a better connection with our bodies. 
This beginner-friendly class is held via Zoom (register at the link above). Join each week to develop your own mindfulness skills!
Led by Oriah Knorr, assistant health counselor and mindfulness/meditation practitioner.
