Every Wednesday from 12-12:30, Oriah guides you through a 20-minute introductory meditation practice. A great way to meet mindfulness and learn basics you can practice on your own.
Meditation teaches us to stay focused and relaxed in the present, as well as developing a better connection with our bodies. This beginner-friendly class is held for 12 weeks (September 7th to December 28th) via Zoom (register at the link above). Join each week to develop your own mindfulness skills!
Led by Oriah Knorr, assistant health counselor and mindfulness/meditation practitioner.
