"Relax Your Mind" Online Mindfulness Class

CLASS TO RESUME IN AUTUMN. PLEASE CHECK BACK.

In each 20-minute session, you will be guided through a 20-minute introductory meditation practice. A great way to meet mindfulness and learn basics you can practice on your own.

Meditation teaches us to stay focused and relaxed in the present, as well as developing a better connection with our bodies. 
This beginner-friendly class is held via Zoom (register at the link above). Join each week to develop your own mindfulness skills!
